We use a band system for our post and package costs and try our best to keep these costs to a minimum. You can be assured that the amount you pay for postage and packing is the lowest price we can realistically charge for getting your goods to you in the safest and most efficient way. Carriage costs will be shown as you go to checkout and will obviously vary according to the size and weight of your order.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return any items, please inform us in writing (email or letter) within seven days. You then have a further 21 days to return them in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Unless the item is faulty, we are not responsible for return postage or for returned goods that fail to arrive. We suggest you send returned goods via registered mail to ensure you have proof of dispatch.
