Payments can be made in one of two ways:
You can pay online by proceeding through checkout on this website. We use PayPal to handle all of our online payment transactions. PayPal is one of the world's leading payment providers, with an unparalleled track record for security.
If you wish to pay by cheque please email us with your order and we will email back with the cost of the order inc P & P. Enclose a copy of this email with a cheque for the full amount payable to 'Eden247'. Please write your guarantee card number and expiry date on the back of the cheque and post to Eden247, Swedish Log House, Groombridge, Kent. TN3 9PU. Cheque payments will take five working days to clear; as soon as your cheque has cleared we will dispatch the goods.
We do not accept cheques in payment for deliveries made outside the UK.
We cannot accept orders or payment over the phone.
We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 1 - 3 days by Royal Mail First Class post.
We use a band system for our post and package costs and try our best to keep these costs to a minimum. You can be assured that the amount you pay for postage and packing is the lowest price we can realistically charge for getting your goods to you in the safest and most efficient way. Carriage costs will be shown as you go to checkout and will obviously vary according to the size and weight of your order.
On the rare occasion that goods reach our customers in less than perfect condition we will endeavour to replace or refund your purchase as soon as possible. If your goods arrive damaged please inform us in writing (email: enquiries@eden247.co.uk) within seven days. You then have a further 21 days to return the goods to us for a full refund or replacement. Please enclose proof of postage with the returned item so that we can refund postage costs.
We hope you love the items you have purchased from us but, if for any reason, you decide you don't want the items you've ordered please email us within seven days (enquiries@eden247.co.uk) to let us know you are returning the items. You then have a further 21 days to return them in their original condition and packaging for a full refund. Once we have received your goods we will issue a refund for their total cost. We are not responsible for return postage or for returned goods that fail to arrive.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
